Link Saturation/Popularity

Link Saturation or Popularity is the measurement of indexed links to a particular web page by search engines, used often to determine the relative importance of a page. Link Saturation and Backlinks are two different terms to determine a site's popularity. While Backlinks are the real inbound links (SEO friendly) that point to a website and have significant role in PageRank consideration while the Link Popularity reflects the number of pages a search engine has indexed.
